Ingredients


100ml Borderfields Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil
1 orange
20g orange zest
350ml orange juice
100g sugar

Method

 

  1. Start by combining the orange, orange zest and Borderfields.Leave in a warm place for two hours to infuse.
  2. Then cook the orange juice and sugar over a medium heat until it has reduced to 200ml.
  3. Blend the juice mixture and the Borderfields mixture into a smaller container and your emulsion will form.
